We do not recommend washing your baby's outfit before they wear it on event day! Water, heat, and detergents can affect the shape and colour of the outfit. Water can actually damage the delicate silk, lace, and ribbon used for your special outfit. We do recommend taking your outfit out of the packaging and allowing it to hang for a day or two before your event to help relax any slight wrinkling that may be caused during shipping. Some customers have also opted to have their outfit steamed before their event to refresh the material. If you do wish to iron stubborn wrinkles, use it on a low setting and use either tissue paper or a layer of cotton in between to keep the materials safe from water drops or overheating. It is not necessary for your garments to be dry-cleaned before wear either.

When you have made a style decision, we will make every effort to fit your child in the closest style and size for a fitting reference point. If the exact size required is not available at our boutique we will work on measurements to recommend the best size to be ordered in for you (subject to stock availability).

Weddings and Special Occasion Wear: We do carry stock that can be purchased off the rack, however we do recommend you visit us approx. 4-8 weeks before some designs needing up to 3 months before the wear date to avoid disappointment.

Christening Wear: We typically suggest at least 4-6 weeks before wear date.

If it is urgent, we might be able to organise to finish the order within a shorter time frame. However, this might depend on the volume of order we have had at that time.

It is our pleasure to be given a chance to be part of your special event, so we will try our best to make it perfect!
Your Occasion date is the date that your child will be wearing the item. If we can't get your item to you before this date, we will contact you prior to proceeding with your order and charging your credit card. If you have scheduled an alterations appointment, will be leaving town to travel to your event or simply require your dress/suit earlier than your wear date, please feel free to list this date as your wear date.
We will do the measurement if you could bring the baby in to the boutique Semaphore park, Adelaide. Or, do it yourself at home by following our measuring guide here. If you have any problem, feel free to contact us for the further assistant!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in it's original packaging, including all items you got as a gift, if applicable.

If the product is deemed to be in used condition, it will be returned to you and you will be liable for all additional shipping cost.
